A Grade I Listed Building in Barton Turf, Norfolk

Church of St. Michael, Barton Turf

Chancel east aspect with diagonal buttresses. East window with Perpendicular Gothic tracery has been lifted several feet. This would allow a tall reredos to be built in the chancel, possibly commemorating the donor who arranged for the remodelling in 1494. (Photo Apr 2007).
