Taken 10/10/2023 from the Northeast. I don't think I have ever seen a woman commemorated on a war memorial before, although many will have served and died in service, in this case Pamela Ianthe Lawrence who died om 16/1/1943. A Quick Google shows her as a Flight Officer in the WRAF, killed, with others, whilst a passenger in a Blenheim IV
