Abbey Church of St Alban

A Grade I Listed Building in St Albans, Hertfordshire

Tower Ceiling

Uploader's Comments

The Tower ceiling was originally painted in C15th and may be the first display of the white and red roses of York and Lancaster. In 1950 a false ceiling was inserted and the painting reproduced as near as possible to the original.
