House in row. C18 with later fenestration. Smooth rendered, asbestos-cement
slate roof. Two storeys, 2 windows, 4-pane sashes to stone cills, but square
bay to low pitched hipped roof ground floor left. Central part-glazed door in
plain pilasters with heavy consoles to cornice. Rough rendered pilaster, left,
plain pilaster right, plinth, gable brick stacks. included for group value.
