House. Circa 1860. Ashlar with rusticated quoins and string course. Parapet
with balustrade details concealing low pitched slate roof. Two storeys. Bays
to south elevation with label mould below ground floor windows. Sashes with
glazing bars. Window openings inset with plain ashlar surround. Entrance lobby
single storey with flat roof. Door set in round headed opening, rusticated
surround and keyblock. Ashlar stacks with cornice. Interior: Timber staircase,
marble columns, tiled floor and stone fireplace with coat of arms of first owner.
Appears to be substantially unaltered.
