Formerly house and possibly coach house for Guildhall, now
offices. Early C19. Brick with hipped plain tiled roof. 2
storeys, 3-window range entered in long side wall. Three
12-pane sash windows with flat-arched stuccoed heads in front
elevation, and stone eaves cornice.
