Formerly Green Parrot Tea Room.
Cl5/Cl6 with Cl8 front altered in Cl9. Painted brick facade probably on timber
frame. Moulded band, cornice and parapet with stone coping. Pantiled roof. 1
window and canted bay to left hand on lst floor, sashes with later glazing bars.
Ground floor: 1 sash window under bay, modern glazed central door replacing
original 6 panel door. Plain C19 shop front to right with pilasters frieze
and cornice. Gable end facing west and long wing at rear of pebble dashed
timber framing, oversailing 1st floor on long curved brackets.
