C17, altered and restored. 2 storeys. Modernised timber framework, with
brick and stucco infilling on ground floor, and upper part pebbledashed
and oversailing, beam ends boxed with small moulded cornice-string and supported
on heavy modern brackets. 3 gables with modern barge boards and moulded
cornice across base. Modern pantile roof. Three 2-light casements with
drip moulds on 1st floor. One 3-light casement to left hand on ground floor,
8-panel door with alternate arrangement of 2 square panels and one long
horizontal panel (2 loop and 6 squares) to left hand of centre, followed
by one 3-light - one 2-light - and one 2-light casement to right hand.

The Elm Tree Inn and Nos 2 and 3 form a group with Greystone House
High Street.
