Warehouse, now offices. Early C19, converted 1989. Ashlar
ground floor, brick above, English and random bond, hipped
slate roof, stone eaves brackets and 2 lengths of pedimented
parapet. Buttressed corners. 4 storeys, 10 x 2 first-floor
windows: slight segmental arches, restored small pane frames,
tiers of loading doors between windows 2 & 3, 5 & 6, 8 & 9,
some altered to windows; the outer doors with flanking windows
in slightly projecting bays beneath parapets. Ground floor:
round-arched doorways centre and in projecting bays where the
masonry is rusticated.
