Former farmhouse, now house. Circa 1600, refronted partially in early C19 and refenestrated and lean to extension added in C20. Timberframed, with boxframe visible in rear elevation, with plaster infill including some panels of old pargetting, the other sides refronted in brick, mainly painted, with some sandstone and weatherboarding. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with gablet to one end and off central brick chimneystack. Two storeys; 3 windows. C20 replacement casements. Off central plank door with C20 tiled penticed weatherporch with wooden piers. Triangular brick buttress. Lean-to on rear with further C20 extension rendered with pantiled roof Interior has timberframe of high quality. Central ground floor room has open fireplace flanked by wooden cupboards, chamfered spine beam with lambs tongue stops and similar floor joists. There is a series of plank doors and queenpost roof with through purlins.
