Formerly known as: No.23 BRUNSWICK STREET.
Terraced house. Early/mid C19. Painted stucco, slate roof with
rendered stack to the right and a shared moulded ashlar stack
to the left. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-bay. The doorcase has
colonnettes supporting an entablature and panelled reveals to
a central set-back C20 door with overlight, flanked on both
floors by 2-light small-paned casement windows with
interlacing tracery to ogee heads.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
