House. c1840s. Painted stucco, slate roof with 2 ridge stacks
and gable end. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 7-window range. 6/6-pane sash
windows to the 1st floor, French windows with margin panes to
the ground floor except to the inside-right which is an
8/12-pane sash window. Central Tuscan prostyle porch now
glazed to front and sides and a C20 door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
