Circa 1840. Two storeys above modern shop fronts, stucco faced. Parapet
and cornice concealing slate roof. Second floor sill course. No 3 has
four windows; No 4, slightly recessed, has three windows on curve, all
recessed, sash, glazing bars intact. No 3 has Venetian shutters on
second floor, pediments on consoles to first floor windows. On No 4 the
windows have architrave surrounds.

Nos 3 and 4 with Nos 30 and 31 Cross Street form a group.
