Linked villa, formerly two semi-detached villas. 1839-41.
Yellow stock bricks set in Flemish bond with stucco dressings;
roof obscured by parapet and blocking course, brick stack
between first and second bays to right. Side-hall entrance
plan. Two storeys and basement, four-window range. Two centre
bays projecting. Gauged brick flat arches to 6/6 sashes except
for entrance and centre bays to ground floor which are
round-arched, the windows having curved Gothic-style glazing
bars. Doorway with fluted Doric columns, panelled door and
patterned fanlight. 1st-floor stucco sill band to projecting
bays. Plain stucco frieze, projecting cornice and blocking
course. Shaped stucco parapet to centre flanked by rosetted
console brackets.
