Linked villa. 1839-41. Yellow stock brick set in Flemish bond;
Welsh-slate hipped roof with ridge tiles, projecting eaves and
brick end-stack to right. Side entrance: down alleyway to
left. Two storeys, 2-window range. Ground-floor with gauged
brick round arches to 6/6 sashes with Gothic-style glazing
bars; first-floor stucco sill band, and gauged brick flat
arches to 6/6 sashes.
