Semi-detached villas. c. 1845. Yellow and brown stock bricks
set in Flemish bond with stucco ground-floor and dressings;
Welsh-slate hipped roof with projecting eaves, and centre
stacks. Side-hall entrance plan with staircase. Two storeys,
basement and attic; 2 windows each, including narrower
1-window recessed entrance bay. Banded stucco ground floor.
Steps rise to prostyle Ionic porticoes in outer bays: doorways
with pilaster jambs carrying corniced-head, original
2-panelled door and rectangular overlight. Ground-floor 8/8
sashes. Stucco first floor storey band; 2-storey full-height
stucco pilasters to upper floor articulates inner bay.
Architraved sashes to upper floor; first floor 8/8 sashes to
inner bay and 6/6 sashes to entrance bay; console bracketed
cornices. Attics with 4/8 and 2/2 sashes. Plain stucco freize
with brackets. Attached railings in Gothic pattern.
