Lodge house to Barnhill. Later-C19. Red brick, in stretcher bond, gabled-end,
tiled roof, with end-stacks. 2-storeys. Central door with open-work porch,
gabled, typanum with lattice work, supported on wooden columns on lattice-work
base. Symmetrical 4 windows, all 2-light, with 2 windows to street end. An
attractive brick building that forms a nice visual foil to the group formed by Nos.
1-6 Chapel Road and Hillcott.
