House. c1834-8 with later alterations. Pinkish-brown brick
stacks, with painted stucco facades and Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Plinth. First floor:
continuous band interrupted by tall 10-pane French windows
with divided overlights, with margin-lights, sills. Second
floor: outer bays have 6/6 sashes, sills, blind boxes. Central
blind opening with sill. Ground floor, central entrance: 5
steps to panelled door with overlight with glazing bars,
within recess with elliptically-arched opening with engaged
pilasters, frieze, cornice and blocking course. 2 tall right
end stacks with cornices, hipped roof. To second-floor blind
opening, in raised letters: 'TREVOR HOUSE'.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
