House. c1810. Brick; tile roof with brick end stack.
Single-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; single-window range. Top modillioned
brick cornice. Segmental-headed entrance to right has gabled
canopy over C20 stable-type door. Canted bay window to left
has hipped roof over 1:3:1-light glazing with iron opening
casements; 1st floor has window with timber lintel over
similar 3-light casement. Stack has moulded cap.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
