House. c1830, with minor C20 alterations. Stucco, hipped
Westmorland slate roof with 2 rear rendered wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-bay front with plinth, 1st floor sill
band and deep overhanging eaves on widely spaced paired carved
brackets. Central 4-panel door with radiating fanlight, set in
plain pilastered surround with narrow hood on carved brackets.
Flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To 1st floor 3 similar
smaller windows. All windows have slightly cambered heads. To
the right a canted bay window with glazing bar sashes and flat
roof with above a pair of C20 French doors. To the rear a C20
flat roofed extension with parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
