Cottage. c1700, altered and extended C20.
MATERIALS: part timber frame with brick infill and part tile
hung; part red brick in Flemish bond. Old tile gabled roof
with catslide roof at rear and open eaves.
PLAN: L-plan; formerly 2 cell rectangular plan of 2 framed
bays.
EXTERIOR: One and a half storeys. Large offset brick chimney
on gable facing road. C19 and C20 casement windows. Entrance
front: some timber framing visible on left section with small
gabled dormer breaking eaves. C20 lean-to enclosed porch with
C20 planked door. 2-light window to left in slight projection.
Brick extension projecting on right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
