BRACKNELL

House. Early C19, altered C20.
MATERIALS: Red brick in Flemish bond, low pitched, hipped,
slate roof with closed eaves.
PLAN: L-plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Projecting plinth, painted stone platband
at first floor. Sash windows with glazing bars and gauged
brick arches. Entrance front symmetrical, 3-bay windows, C20
reproduction Georgian doorcase having pair of glazed doors
with glazing bars. Main entrance door now on return in later
enclosed porch in angle of building and has 6-panel door in
moulded stone architrave with keystone.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The attached house `High Cedars' is not included.
