Description

Earlier 19th century. 4-storey and attic, 3-bay tenemental building with shops to ground floor. Sandstone ashlar, slate roof. Corniced ground floor, corniced blocking course; architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor, architraved windows to 2nd floor, margined to 3rd, original 12-pane timber sash and case glazing pattern to 3rd floor, 2-pane elsewhere, piended dormers, ridge stacks.

FRONT ELEVATION: close door to ground floor centre flanked by 2 altered shopfronts, 3 windows to each upper floor, 2 dormers.

INTERIOR: not seen.
