History

Early Cl9, late Georgian.

Exterior

3-storey and attic 2-window scribed stucco front with slate roof continuous with the Midland Bank as are the wide dentilled eaves; blue brick chimney stack shared with bank. Gabled dormer to right with 4-pane casement window. 12-pane sashes to 2nd floor with architraves and bracket cills; lst floor windows have simple architraves and cornices - 4-pane sash to left and 8-pane to right. Modern shop front.
Small pane sash windows to rear.
