Public house. c1770, with late C19 and C20 alterations.
Coursed squared stone, with rendered rear wing and gable, with
ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof to front and stone slate
roof to rear. 2 coped stone gable stacks. Quoins, string
course, rebated eaves, coped gable with kneelers. 2 storeys; 3
window range; T-plan. Windows are glazing bar casements, 1 and
3 lights. Projecting pedimented centre has single 3-light
window, and a blank roundel in the pediment. On either side, a
3-light window. Below, central C20 porch with flat canopy,
flanked by single light windows and beyond, 3-light windows.
Left gable has 2 single light windows. Right gable has two
2-light windows and a blank. Below, a single light window and
a C20 flat-roofed porch. 2 storey rear wing has a brick ridge
stack and a rendered gable stack.
INTERIOR refitted mid and late C20.
