This drum was used at Waterloo on 18th Jun 1815, and subsequently by the local village band at the Orston Friendly Society Club Feast, held annually on the second Friday in June, commencing with a church service. The drum bears the Royal Arms of Queen Victoria: 1 and 4, Three lions passant gardant for England; 2, A lion rampant for Scotland and 3, A harp for Ireland. (Photo Apr 2008).
