House. Late C19 for Christine Hamlyn. Random rubble, colourwashed on the entrance front, remains of colourwash on gable end facing to the seaward, gable-ended slate roof, brick ridge stack to the left.

Plan: single room depth.

Exterior: Two storeys and attic, two bay front, on the first floor a two-light mullioned and transomed casement to the right, a leaded two-light casement to the left. On the ground floor a two-light casement, door opening with a plank door, lean-to slated hood. On the left return two windows and attic, two-light casements with leaded lights. Small window set directly under the eaves.
