Two houses now shop. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Block formerly part of irregular terrace, buildings to right now demolished and right return, in Saracen Street has projecting C20 shopfront.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen, no stacks.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, four window front. Stopped coped parapet and cornice, plate glass sash windows without horns, two pairs to each upper floor. C20 metal angle brackets reinforce right hand quoin.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
