3/100 Tennis Corner Farmhouse
with granary and stable
II
Farmhouse. Late C17. Rubble stone, concrete tiled roof, brick
stacks. Through passage to rear of stack. Two-storey, 4-window
south front. C20 porch to right of centre with 6-panelled inner
door with flat stone hood on brackets, 4-light cyma-mullioned
casement with hoodmould to right, two 4-light mullioned casements
with hoodmoulds to left. First floor has three 3-light and one 2-
light mullioned casements, traces of former eyebrow dormers and
raised eaves. Attached to left is 2-storey granary and stable with
entrance to first floor up wooden external stairs to rear; planked
doors. Rear of main range has lean-to porch with planked door to
left, 3-light casement and planked door to right, first floor has
four 3-light casements. Interior not accessible at time of survey
(June 1986).
