Late C18/early C19. 3 storey pair with 2 windows each. Red brick with stone rustic
quoins to right, flush stone window surrounds and moulded stone gutter modillions.
Slate roof with 3 brick chimneys. Late glazed sash windows to No 59, the 2nd floor
left being a modern casement. Glazing bar sashes to 2nd floor of No 60, the 1st
floor altered by modern casements. No 59 has modern shop front and a round-headed
doorway with plain fanlight. No 60 has projecting early C20 shop front with recessed
central entrance and a plain doorway to left with stone lintel.

Nos 51 to 60 (consec) 60A and 61B form a group with No 62 (Castle House) and
Court House. No 51 is of local interest,
