Detached house. Late C18 with rear C19 additions. Chequered brick
with wooden lintels and concrete slate mansard roof with end brick
stacks. Two storeys and attic, 3-window south front. Windows are
12-pane sashes under gauged brick voussoirs. Central 6-panel door
with rectangular spoked fanlight and flat hood on carved brackets.
First floor plat band, dentil cornice and 3 dormers with 2-light,
small pane casements. Catslide roof over additions to rear.
