Barn and outbuildings. C17 or early C18 with C19 additions. Timber-framed with red brick plinth and brick nogging. Clay plain tile roof with gabled ends. PLAN: 5-bay barn with central threshing bay. In the C19 a brick stable with a hayloft above was built at the south end, single storey stables were built on the SW, a 3-bay cart-shed was built at the north end, and outshuts were built on the east and west sides. A loft floor has been inserted into the barn. EXTERIOR: Small framing with long tension-braces at the north end. Wide opposing cart entrances on east and west sides, that on west side full height with new plank doors, and with main roof carried down over outshut on right. INTERIOR: Tie-beam trusses with queen-struts and trenched side-purlins, the principals crossed at apex supporting a diagonally-set ridgepiece. Common-rafters intact. Flanking the threshing bay open frames comprising long curved braces rising from sole-plates to wall-posts and a central post to the tie-beams.
Little Cleobury Farmhouse is not included.
