Mill house and mill, now house, C18 and early C19, rubble stone
with concrete tile roofs. 3 sections. To right, 2 storeys and
attic house range with coped gables and end wall stacks. 3 C20
raking dormers each side, recessed cyma-moulded windows with
hoodmoulds to main floors, two 2-light above, 3-light and 2-light
with central plank door in chamfered surround to ground floor.
Lean-to porch. Lower parallel range to rear. Centre section
apparently all C20, 2 storeys, 3-window range. Left side early C19
mill with mansard roof, coped gables and end wall stacks. 2
storeys and attic with one raking dormer to front, 2 first floor
bead-moulded 3-light leaded windows, apparently renewed and 2
ground floor arches, one with inset plank door, the other with
renewed 2-light bead-moulded window. Rear has raking dormer, one
3-light bead-moulded window and ground floor door. Rear wing with
mansard roof, coped gables and west end stack. Dormer, 2 unmoulded
2-light upper windows and ground floor door and arch over iron mill
wheel. Slate roofed outbuilding beyond.
