Detached house, formerly 2 cottages. Original cottage dated
TM/1667 with later additions, restored J & BB/1975 (datestones on
right-hand gable). Coursed rubble with some dressed stone blocks
at corners, wooden lintels and stone slate roofs with 2 end stone
stacks. West front reveals original cottage to left-hand of 2
storeys, 2 windows with upper windows in gables. Later additions
to right-hand. All windows are 2 and 3-light C20 casements except
ground floor left-hand which is a large 16-pane opening. Two-leaf
glazed door to right-hand of original cottage.
Interior. Ground floor left-hand room in 1667 section has stop-
chamfered beams and an inglenook fireplace. Further stop-chamfered
beam in first floor left-hand room.
