Public house, c1850-60 for GWR. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar
quoins. Slate roof. 3 storey corner block with 3 bays to
Bathampton Street and 1-bay to Emlyn Square. Pair of glazed doors
on splayed corner, and C20 moulded windows to ground floor. 16-
and 8-pane casements to upper floors. Similar to No. 15 Emlyn
Square (q.v.) but without gable to Bathampton Street or on corner
