Early C19. 2 storeys on salient plinth. Brick, chequered on 1st floor.
Flat eaves with paired brackets to front. Hipped slate roof with 2 tall
chimneys having cogged capping. Formerly 2 cottages. 3 windows on 1st
floor and a panel - cross glazed sashes with flush moulded frames. Early
C19 4 x 8 pane bow on ground floor to left. 2 plate glass sash windows,
alternating with doorcases. Left hand doorcase has panelled pilasters to
board pediment now sporting a cherub's head, 4-panel door and narrow overlight,
foot-scraper to right. Right hand door similar but plain surround. Ground
floor brickwork shews considerable disturbance. Red and black Victorian
quarry tiles to front path.
