Detached cottage. Early C18. Flint and limestone chequers, English
bond brick to left of front and Flemish bond to sides, half-hipped
thatched roof, brick stack to rear. Gable end to street. 2-storey,
3-window front. Central door, 3-light metal casement to right, 3-
light recessed chamfered mullioned window with hoodmould to left.
First floor has three 2-light casements and one single chamfered
light over door. Right return has no windows. Rear is limestone
and flint, lateral stack with toothed capping, one fixed window to
ground floor. Left return has one 2-light casement to first floor,
attached is C20 porch and flat-roofed extension.
Interior has chamfered beams with step and runout stops, first
floor has some wainscot partition and blocked open fireplace with
chamfered stone lintel with bar stops.
