Farmhouse. Mid C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Ironstone quoins. Steeply pitched slate roofs and thatched roof. Brick ridge and end stacks. Left single-storey part: single 3-light wood-mullioned window with lead cames. Main farmhouse: T-plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Ground floor has three 3-light wood-mullioned windows with lead cames and wood lintels. Canted bay window to left. First floor has three 3-light wood-mullioned windows with lead cames and wood lintels. Most windows have wrought-iron casement fasteners. Barn to right now converted to living room. Rear has plank doors with wood lintels. Interior: chamfered beams.
