11/82 Leeson House

GV II

House. c.1835, with later additions to rear. Flemish bond red brick with buff
headers; brick dentil cornice. Slate roof; brick end stacks with C19 square
chimney pots. Central staircase plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Late C20
panelled and glazed door. Moulded wood doorcase has pilaster strips with Soanian
incised ornament, entablature and cornice. Sashes, 6-pane on second floor, under
painted rusticated stone lintels with key stones. Interior not inspected.
