Pair of houses. Mid/late C17 (VCH). Timber framed with lath and plaster infill; small amount of close studding on ground floor. No.14 has old tile roof, No.12 late C20 tiles; brick stacks to rear. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. Central entrances: No.12 has C20 door; No.14 and entrance to passage to rear have C19 plank doors. Irregular fenestration: C19 and C20 casements with glazing bars. No.12 has single roof dormer. No.14 has 2 skylights. Rear: Late C20 brick addition with twin gables across entire facade. Interior not inspected, but noted as having exposed framing and ceiling beams.
