House. Early-mid C18. Painted rendered rubble; pantiled roof with left end
brick chimney. 2 storeys, one wide bay. Renewed glazed door at left, C20
window at right under first-floor sash with broad glazing bars and
ovolo-moulded lintel recessed into surround. Rear elevation to Lovaine
Row shows high irregular plinth, 2 small square windows, that at right
in fire-window opening, irregularly placed under sash and horizontal sliding
sash windows with glazing bars. Interior: enclosed stair at left; C18 hinges
on plank doors to upper room and cupboard in that room.
