Cottage. C16 or earlier refronted in C19 and altered in C20. Timber-framed
building refronted on east elevation with painted brick on the ground floor and
weatherboarded on 1st floor, with some exposed jowled posts visible on north
elevation, and slate hung on south elevation. Tiled roof with dormers. Late C19
casement windows, including 2 storey bay to right hand side. C20 doorcase to left
with pediment, pilasters and wooden Rococo-style band acting as a pediment. Further
planked door with decorative hinges in purpose-built extension to left.
