House, formerly purpose-built schoolmaster's house. Late C19 with C20 extension
to rear in matching style and materials. Sussex sandstone with tiled roof. 2 storeys
with projecting gable to left hand side, 2 windows. Gable has kneeler and cross
shaped saddlestone and pointed arched window with double cusped heads. The right
side has a 4 light window with cusped heads to 1st floor and 3 light window with
cusped heads to ground floor. Pointed arched doorway in angle of gable containing
pointed arched planked door with iron hinges.
