One building, sub-divided into two houses at time of listing, now one house. C17-C18, much restored. South front stuccoed on ground floor, tile-hung above. Casement windows. East front stuccoed and grooved in imitation of masonry. Sash windows in deep reveals. West front tile-hung with pentice above ground floor. Tiled roof. Modern porch. Two storeys. Three windows.
