Pair of C18 houses. Tiled gabled roof. 2 storeys and attic, but with much
lower frontage than Nos 31-35. 4 stacks behind. 6 flat roofed dormers; sashes
with glazing bars intact. Small red brick modillion eaves cornice. Red
brick. 6 windows in segmental arches with rubbed brick voussoirs; sash
windows with flush boxes; glazing bars intact. 1st floor windows, other
than the central ones, of each house, have iron balconies. Doorways on ground
floor similar to doorway to No 35; doors with 6 flush panels, top 2 panels
cut away and glazed. Doors in panelled reveals. Doorcase with Doric
pilasters, entablature and moulded rectangular pediment.
Nos 27 to 39 (Odd) form a group.
