Early C19. 2 storeys. Stuccoed. 3-light bay windows either side of single window
and door. Sashes, without glazing bars. Modern door, with light open pediment
on fluted pilasters. Cornice and parapet. 2-span slate roof.
Nos 9 to 17 (odd). Sailsbury House Nos 19 to 27 (odd) and Steyne Hall form a group,
being an uniterupted sequence.
