Milepost. Probably mid-to-late C19. Cast iron with black painted base
and raised lettering. Triangular in section with chamfered top,
sloping to front. Lettered "MAER" on top; "PIPEGATE 3/WOORE 4¼/NANTWICH
12¼" on left; "STONE 9" on right.
