House, extended and divided. C17, extended in C19. timber framed with
whitewashed brick and part-rendered infilling to right, brick infilling to
left on stone rubble plinth. C19 red and blue brick infill to left hand extension. plain tiled roofs. Three bay centre cottage extended to ends. Two
storeys, central corbelled stack with further stacks to ends. Two storeys, central corbelled stack with further stacks to ends. Square panel frame to original cottage. Three first floor windows and three casements below in old range. Door to right of centre (Old Kingsland Cottage). Two sashes and one
leaded casement to first floor right, 1 sash and one casement below. Lower
sash to right under cambered head to ground floor. Door to right. (King:land Farmhouse): further extensions to rear.

House, extended and divided. Late C16/early C17, with C20 extension to right.
Timber framed, square panel, with brick infill on rendered plinth; cement
infill above to centre and left, colourwashed brick and tile hung on
extension to right, some in bands of fishscale pattern. Plain tiled roofs, stepping down to right. Two storeys, four framed bays with arched bracing on
the first floor. Square, corhelled stack to left of centre on old range.
Five diamond-pane leaded casement windows on the first floor; and one 4-light mullioned window to right. Four windows below. One window on each floor of extension to right. Two first floor on right hand return front. Door to left
of centre (No. 1) and to right (No. 2). Smoke bay plan with straight
windbracing in roof.
