House. C15 core, extended in C16, Cl9 and C20 using old materials. Timber framed with
whitewashed brick infilling and Horsham slab roofs of varying heights. Original house
now to left of centre of T-shaped plan, later builds to ends forming long picturesque
arrangement. 2 storeys with attics in gable to left of centre. Corbelled brick stacks
to ends, larger multiple stacks to junctions of ranges and to right of centre on old
core. Irregular fenestration, the majority of diamond-pane leaded casement type.
Right hand build with large hall window of 6 mullioned and transomed lights through
both floors, flanked by smaller casements on first floor. Arch bracing to ground floor
left of door. 2 window range to right of centre with first floor jettied on end
brackets, 4-light windows on ground floor. Old house adjacent to left with one first
floor and 2 ground floor casement windows on gable bay, 3 windows on each floor to
right and door in angle with gable. Off-set stack to left of gable on side wall of
range set back to left end. 2 windows on first floor, one window below, and further
