II

Cottage. Late C16 with C19 and C20 extensions. Timber framed, exposed with white-
washed brick infilling and brick and tile hung range set back to left, plain tiled
roofs. Originally an end chimney house, now extended. Two storeys, two framed
bays with stack to right encased in extension. One storey and attic under two
hipped roof dormers to left. Two larger and one small diamond-pane leaded windows
on the first floor, two C19 leaded windows on ground floor. Bay window to ground
floor left under pentice. Door to right of centre. One ground floor window in
extension with door to left. Catslide pentice across rear.
